On 4th February, the Hainan Round-the-Island Scenic Drive Road WeChat app was officially launched. This is another thoughtful measure taken by the Hainan Provincial Department of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television, and Sports to facilitate citizens and tourists for self-driving on the Hainan Round-the-Island Scenic Drive Road, following the release of the Hainan Round Island Tour Road Self Driving Guide (Version 1.0) e-books.
