The Bougainvillea (Triangle Plum) Base on Binjiang West Road in Haikou has transformed into a 50,000 square meter open green park for citizens to relax and exercise recently. Next to the corridor near the Green Space Park on the Binjiang Overpass, an entrance pedestrian steps have been built. Pedestrians can enter the Green Space Park from the riverside or the Overpass through this corridor.
