Haikou Qilou architecture historical and cultural block is located in the Haikou Qilou Old Street area, South China’s Hainan Province. It covers an area of 80,500 square meters, and is mainly concentrated in 5 blocks, including Boai Road, Zhongshan Road, Northern Xinhua Road, Deshengsha and Jiefang Road. Haikou Qilou Old Street is a unique cultural landscape in Haikou. The earliest building, the Four Arches, was built in the Southern Song Dynasty (1127—1279) and has a history of more than 700 years. The arcade has distinctive Nanyang features and is suffused with the quaint style of elegant art.
